Your Face is Lovely, but Only on Your LinkedIn Profile

Your photo doesn't belong on your CV, it goes on your LinkedIn profile!

A CV (also called a résumé) needs to be plain, simple and easy to read with no colours, images, borders, frills or other decorations.

It's really important that your LinkedIn matches your CV in written content, with the addition of your profile photo, background photo, other relevant images, links and recommendations from colleagues. 

Your CV is only half of the process - you must update your LinkedIn as well, else employers may miss your profile when looking for suitable candidates.
