Ferrari and your CV - The Art of Sleek Simplicity

When we think of a classic Ferrari, we immediately envision the gleam of red metal dashing across the landscape and the purr of an engine honed to perfection. Every detail is engineered with purpose and every line drawn for a reason.

The Ferrari is not gaudy or overdone. There are no unnecessary ornaments or flounces to distract the eye. Instead, it stands as a testament to the beauty of restraint, the power of design that whispers rather than shouts.
Your CV (also called a résumé) should embrace the same philosophy.
Enzo Ferrari famously said, "Race cars are neither beautiful nor ugly. They become beautiful when they win." This quote highlights his belief that performance and success, rather than mere aesthetics, define the true beauty of a racing machine.

This is the same principle I will use when writing your CV.
There's no point in adding colour, borders, decorations and frilly fonts to try to improve your CV, if the content contains grammar mistakes and spelling errors! That would be like putting a lawnmower engine inside a Ferrari.
It may look good but it will never be an effective classic Italian automobile!
The content of your CV will get you over the line, not the decorations!
I'll keep it sleek, simple and designed for performance, just like a Ferrari.
